We are Sam and Yujin, a respectful couple looking for a place to call home.

We both lead very active and productive lives, working double jobs in Construction and Hospitality. This means we are financially stable, early risers, and we truly value a clean, peaceful environment to recharge after a busy day.

• Creative & Positive: We share a huge passion for fashion and art. We love surrounding ourselves with good aesthetics and bringing positive, vibrant energy to the house.
• Clean & Respectful: Working in hospitality has made us "cleaning pros." We naturally keep common areas tidy and are very mindful of others' privacy and space.
• Friendly but Independent: We are always up for a friendly chat or a laugh over a drink, but we also respect personal boundaries and "me-time."
