Hi, I’m a Filipina professional working five days a week (Related to children). Because of this, I’m ideally looking for a peaceful home environment and would prefer not to live with families or children. I value privacy, respect shared spaces, and keep my living area clean and tidy. I’m also studying online, i am looking for studio apartment living on my own, an apartment living with only 1 person, or more but it depends. My preferred sububrs are as follows; peakhurst, the shire, menai, CBD and padstow and any surrounding suburbs. I drive so it doesn’t matter if its quite a distant from the train station or buses.
