Wanting to team up with one other person to find a decent rental.
I have been renting a townhouse on my own, however lease not being renewed as landlord wishes to take vacant posession for renovations.
I am originally from Russia, but lived in Cairns since '98, part of the furniture. I work fulltime 6 days a week (half a day saturday), not looking for a party kind of person, as I enjoy my downtime. I am very social, love meeting new people, have 3 gorgeous indoor cats (all girls, desexed, microchipped and toilet trained).
My budget is ~$400 - $450p/w so hoping to meet someone else with a similar budget and find a nice-ish place for ~$800p/w. I am looking for 6mth - 12mth lease. I have two cars so lots of off-street parking is pretty essential.
