I'm a 39 year-old single female, born and bred in country SA. I'm down to earth, easy to get along with, a bit of a smart ass but still a bit old school when it comes to things like manners and respect.
I am currently working full time in the Adelaide CBD for the South Australian Government Department of Primary Industries and Regions. I mainly work on site but occasionally will have to work from home.
In my spare time, I enjoy designing and creating personal projects, gardening, researching new and interesting topics or watching how-to videos to develop a new skill.

I clean as I go and keep shared spaces neat

What I'm looking for:
I am ideally looking for a self contained studio/granny flat/cabin type set up, where I can have my own quiet space, privacy and be independent.
However, I am aware this is not an ideal world so a private room in a share house with ensuite or balcony or anything that means I can maintain my own space would also be high on my list.
