I am a respectable, clean and tidy person that takes care of the properties I stay at. I'm good in the garden and can clean like a pro even without the experience (learnt from my Dad who was). When cooking or doing things throughout the household I always clean up after myself to negate mess and pests. I have headphones for when watching YouTube, Movies, Shows, or playing a game late at night to prevent disruption. I do tend to be a night owl a fair amount of the time, but I'm the type to prance around to avoid waking or disturbing people if needing to go out of my room. I like to read but specifically love mythology and philosophy.

I'm currently inbetween jobs as I've had some issues with my calves and haven't got any help yet (even though I'm trying), along with wanting to change fields anyway. I have a car but am only on my L's - nearly P's and have to get some things fixed before it can be used / moved. It all should line up for when I can start working again, after fixing the issue in my legs.

I have no pets, don't smoke, nor do I drink much. A glass of wine every couple months or so and socially if the occasion presents itself. I drink moderately and have very good control over myself, so there's no need to worry about me getting excessive.

I have references from work and past housemates if you need anything like that. Did stay in a very nice rental of my own through an agency in Hectorville which I rented out; would be a great reference.

P.S - I'm currently moving out on the 15th of Dec and sadly was lied to by someone on Facebook that said I had a room = this sticky situation.
