I’m a 42-year-old male, working full-time as an industrial electrician, with long hours. I have two daughters who visit every second weekend.

I’m looking to team up with a professional or tradesperson (preferably someone with a similar schedule) to share the house and split the rent.

Each person would have their own private bedroom and access to the shared bathroom or ensuite (depending on room chosen).

We would share the living areas, kitchen, and outdoor space, with a fair and reasonable split of rent and utilities.
