Hello, my name is Aurora. I am a new Music Therapy student at Western Sydney University, originally from China. I am an only child and live a quiet, well-structured lifestyle. I do not smoke or drink, do not keep pets, and I am not a party person. I value calm, cleanliness, and mutual respect in shared living.

I am looking for a home that is safe, convenient, and quiet. I prefer a furnished property that is not close to a main road, as a peaceful environment helps me stay focused and maintain a healthy routine. Ideally, I hope to walk to campus, which supports both my studies and overall well-being.

I also appreciate homes with good natural light, as bright spaces help me stay positive and productive. I am very organized and tidy, and I developed strong storage and housekeeping habits during my time studying in Japan.

Financially, my parents are able to provide stable and reliable support, and their main wish is for me to live in a place that is safe, comfortable, and well maintained.
