I’m a female, non-smoker with no pets, currently looking to find a like-minded person to apply for rental properties with. Ideally, I’m hoping to share with another female of a similar age and lifestyle.

I value a clean, respectful home and enjoy quiet spaces - definitely not into the party scene. I work full time, long hours and have lived independently for several years, so I’m reliable, considerate, and used to maintaining a household.

My preference is to apply for properties together, either with both of us on the lease or with me as the leaseholder and you occupying with me. Someone who works FIFO would be ideal, but I’m open to discussing the right fit.
