I just sold my old place during separation and have decided renting is a better idea for the short term future.
I am going slowly broke paying temporary accommodation and need to find a more permanent solution.
I have a storage shed with a fridge/freezer, a large screen tv, a couch, a lawn mower if the residence is lacking any of those things.
I have a prescription for medical cannabis, so there is no concern with legal authorities regarding my medications, the prescription vaporiser is low odor and I am respectful of others in my usage.
I am a generally fun and easy to get along with housemate. I have been involved in shared living situations in the past and am accommodating to my flatmates needs.
