I’m easy to live with, stick to a routine, and don’t bring unnecessary drama into a flat. I respect shared spaces, clean up after myself, and understand that rent and bills come first — always paid on time. I value privacy but get along well with others and communicate clearly if something needs sorting.

Outside of work, I’m into golf and surfing and keep an active lifestyle. I don’t smoke and I’m generally out and about rather than hanging around causing issues.
