We are a quiet, responsible couple applying for a rental property in Joondalup or nearby suburbs, with a preferred move-in date of 4 February (flexible).

About Us
• We have 2.5 years of positive rental history in Sydney
• Recently graduated and relocating to Perth
• One of us will continue full-time study at ECU, while the other will hold a Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa
• Financially supported by our parents, with sufficient savings to comfortably cover rent and living expenses
• Clean, tidy and well-organised, with great respect for the property
• Do not drink excessively, do not cause damage, and always maintain the property in good condition
• The property will be returned in its original condition at the end of the lease (fair wear and tear excepted)
• Non-smokers, no pets, no parties, very quiet lifestyle
• Happy to provide bank statements / proof of funds, and previous landlord or agent references if required
