We’re looking for a room near the beach in a calm, friendly home, ideally with just one other person or a family, rather than a large shared house. The room would be for just the two of us, and we’d be using it mostly on weekends as a working retreat, so day-to-day impact would be minimal. We’re clean, respectful, quiet, and easygoing, and we’re hoping for a 3 to 6 month stay. An en-suite would be ideal, and we’re happy to discuss the cost.
