I’m a very organized, clean, and tidy person. I respect shared spaces and always keep my own room spotless. I don’t have any bad habits (non-smoker, no pets). In my free time, I enjoy gaming, listening to music, working out, and watching anime. I also love cats! I’m quite easygoing and friendly, but I also value personal space and a quiet environment.
What I’m looking for:
• Preferred Location: Close to the 130 bus stop (essential for my commute).
• Room Type: Fully furnished room (ready to move in with just a suitcase).
• Bathroom: Private ensuite/bathroom is a huge plus.
• Rent: Ideally inclusive of all bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, and Wi-Fi).
• Environment: Clean and well-maintained house.
