My name is Julien, I'm 35 years old and I'm from France. I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and I've just completed my probation period working full-time in signage, so I'm now looking for a stable place to call home.

I'm available to move in immediately and ideally I'm looking for a long-term stay.

I'm a quiet, respectful and easy-going person. A bit reserved at first, but always happy to have a chat, share a meal or join activities from time to time. I enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I'm looking for a place where everyone gets along and respects each other's space.
