I am 30 years old with a full time job and also starting my own business. I am very work focused. I am looking for my own room and hopefully bathroom. I am very clean, happy to stick by myself or integrate. I am mouldable to my surroundings. I have been living with a friend for a couple of months now and he will give me good reference if needed, i am only moving out of his as we also work together and i feel i need to seperate the both. I have also had multiple leases in the past and am sure i can pass the agent details on aswell for reference if needed.
