I’m moving up from Brisbane to start a new chapter on the Sunshine Coast after accepting a full-time job in Maroochydore, and I’m looking for somewhere to call home.

A little about me — I’m 31, work full-time, professional, very clean and tidy, and respectful of the space I live in. I’m definitely not a party person and very rarely have people over. I’ll be working 5 days a week, and outside of work I’m looking forward to spending my time at the beach, exploring the area, or just relaxing at home.

I’m completely new to the area, so I’m hoping to find somewhere friendly and comfortable where I can settle in and start fresh.

📍 Location: Maroochydore or ideally within roughly 15 minutes
💰 Budget: Up to $325/week including bills
📅 Move-in: Ideally between 7–11 September, as I need to be settled in before the 12th
🐶 Pets: I don’t have a pet, but I’m very pet-friendly and more than happy to live with someone who does!

I have my own bed, bedside tables and bedroom belongings, but I don’t currently have furniture for the rest of a house, so somewhere semi-furnished would be amazing. That said, I’m self-sufficient and very happy to adapt for the right place.

I’ll be coming up from Brisbane on the weekend of 22–23 August and would love to organise as many inspections/meet-and-greets as possible while I’m there.

I’m open to a room in an established home, share house, granny flat or other suitable arrangement. More than anything, I’m looking for somewhere clean, relaxed and comfortable with respectful people.
