Neo Carter-Knight, Gemma Turner and Logan McShane

Hi everyone!
We’re Neo Carter-Knight, Gemma Turner, and our friend Logan McShane, moving over from New Zealand to work on the Sunshine Coast.

👥 Who we are
• Neo & Logan: Full-time scaffolders, working in Chevallum
• Gemma: Runs her own online business, works from home
• All of us are tidy, respectful, easy-going, and used to shared living

🏡 What we’re looking for
• Two bedrooms total
• One room for Logan
• One room shared by Neo & Gemma
• Budget: ~$300 per person
• Happy with $350 for one room and $400 for the other
• House, flat, or large shared home — open to hills or hinterland areas
• We will have a car, so commuting is not an issue

📍 Location & timing
• Happy with locations within 20–35 minutes of Chevallum / Maroochydore
• Earliest move-in: 25 January
• Ideal move-in: From 1 February
• We already have temporary accommodation sorted while we get settled

• Long-term mindset — here to work, save, and settle in properly
