Hi! We are a Filipino couple, both working professionals – one is a nursing student currently working in a hospital, and the other is an accountant. We are quiet, clean, respectful, and easygoing, and we value a peaceful and tidy home environment.

We are non-smokers, non-drinkers, and do not use drugs. We mostly keep to ourselves, are responsible with rent and bills, and treat any home we live in with care and respect.

We have our own bed frame and bedside tables and are happy with either furnished or unfurnished rooms. We are also comfortable sharing a bathroom.

We’re looking for a long-term place where we can settle in and feel at home. If you’re looking for reliable, low-key, and considerate tenants, we would love to hear from you.
