Hi, this is Grace, 28 years old. I am a student moving to Perth to begin a Graduate Diploma of Education at ECU.

I have a background and strong interest in design, so I spend a lot of my free time drawing, illustrating, and video editing. Because my studies and creative projects require a lot of focus, I am looking for a quiet, cozy studio or a peaceful room where I can study and work.

I am an introverted, tidy, and reliable person. I don’t have pets or partners, and I don't smoke. I value a calm living environment and am very respectful of shared spaces and privacy.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors for photography or a quiet picnic. I’m looking for a long-term place where I can settle in and focus on my journey toward teaching.
