No, sadly I DO NOT HAVE A DOG. I cared for my companion for 17 years before she passed away. So any house with pets is a huge bonus for me! I’m a down-to-Earth, thoughtful person who likes a home that is quiet and clean. I’ve got an academic background in philosophy and have worked in youth support, secondary education and university tutoring. I’m currently working as an online high school tutor while finishing my second Master’s degree in Secondary Teaching. My first Master’s being in Philosophy.
I’m not a party-house person. Home for me is somewhere to decompress, cook, read, study and reset. I’m friendly and happy to chat, but I also value personal space and people being able to do their own thing without pressure. No forced philosophy discussions from me!
I’m clean and reliable without being obsessive. I pay rent and bills on time, do my share around the house and always keep common areas tidy. I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than a crash pad. Ideally, calm and respectful flatmates, that value clear communication, shared responsibility and can socialise every now and then. Quiet weeknights, mutual respect for routines and people comfortable doing their own thing are the kind of house vibes that suit me best.
