Hi, my name is Avanti Kulandaivelan Priya, and along with Shraddha and Nithiya, we are looking for a rental property.
I have previously lived in a Student Housing Australia rental in Clayton for the past two years with another flat mate in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. During this time, I have always paid rent on time and maintained the property in excellent condition.
We are all international medical students at Monash University (Clayton), and we will be commencing our clinical placements at Casey Hospital in February 2026, which is the main reason for this move.
I am financially sponsored by my dad, and having previously paid $299 per person per week for the past 2 years, I am very confident in my ability to comfortably cover the weekly rent and the bond for this property.
Given my study commitments and upcoming clinical placements, I spend most of my time on campus, in libraries, or at the hospital. While I do enjoy socialising, when I am at home it is primarily to rest, relax, and unwind, so I am quiet, responsible, and respectful of the neighbourhood.
My housemate and I are genuinely interested in a property close to Casey Hospital, especially as none of us have a car.
