Chinan and Chengchung

Hello, my name is Carol,we are a couple (one male and one female) looking for a long-term rental around Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, or Palm Beach, starting from February 2. We both have full-time jobs and are seeking a stable, long-term stay. Our budget is around AUD 500 per week, preferably including bills.

We are responsible, quiet, and tidy tenants who always pay rent on time. We do not smoke, party, or have pets, and we respect house rules.

We are looking for a place that allows cooking and includes basic furniture and appliances, such as a fridge and washing machine. A non-smoking indoor environment is important to us.
