Im quite social and love a good chat, either in passing or sharing a few drinks over a meal with housemates, but also equally enjoy my own space when work is busy and need to use my down time to rest so I am always respectful of other peoples schedules & privacy.

I take great pride in where I live, keeping the place well maintained and organised. I'm not afraid of some housework, always pull my weight, plus being super handy on the tools Im happy to maintain lawns and gardens if needed.

I’m passionate about the outdoors, nature, animals, surfing, music, along with good food, health & fitness. During the week I run my own business in landscape construction & property maintenance and am currently looking to relocate from the Northern Rivers area as I have recently started a large project located in Doonan that will take up to 2 years to complete and would like to find medium to long-term rental close by.

When I have some free time I love exploring nature, surfing, going to see some live music, catching up with friends and housemates or spending a weekend away adventuring.

I do smoke outside occasionally and always conscious of others and my surroundings.

I have previously lived on the Sunshine Coast and can provide several interstate & local references ranging from clientele to previous landlords & local community members.
Ideally looking for a studio/granny flat or a private room in a share-house.
