Hello,
My name is Yuha Song, a female first-year Pharmacy student at Griffith University, born in 2005.
I usually wake up between 8 and 9 a.m. and go to bed before midnight, maintaining a regular and quiet lifestyle. I do not enjoy hosting guests or parties at home and prefer a calm and stable living environment. I am a non-smoker and always try to be mindful of noise in shared spaces.
I make sure to clean up properly after myself. I always finish washing dishes and tidying the kitchen within 30 minutes after meals. I value cleanliness and organisation and do my best to keep shared areas neat and pleasant for everyone.
In 2025, I lived in the UK in a flat where five people shared a kitchen. Through this experience, I learned how important manners and consideration are in shared living spaces. We regularly cleaned the kitchen together, and I am always open to communicating and coordinating if any issues arise.
As my studies are financially supported by my parents, I can assure you that rent will always be paid on time without any issues. I would be a responsible tenant who takes good care of the property and plans to stay long-term in a stable manner.
