Hi my names Jai

32 year old single male moved back to the sunshine coast after a few years running a tiling business in Melbourne to live near my family again.

Clean and respectful, have lived with housemates before so know whats expected as a housemate.

Will carry on tiling work here on the sunshine coast, and will be spending some afternoons and on the weekends seeing family and friends.

Happy to have a chat and a meal once in a while but also happy to keep to myself, in 6 months time i will move into my own place.
