Looking to rent three bedrooms in a house for at least 12 months.
I am looking for a household share with someone who has no criminal history of crimes against children, does not have parties in the house and who isn't involved with drugs.
You need to be calm, respectful and hopefully just a happy and content person.
I have my own car, so will need either on street or off street parking.
If you have friendly pets, they're gonna get a lot of attention and affection.
I am seeking three bedrooms for my children (6, 8 , 10) and I. I will have 50/50 care of them and they will be with me week on/week off.
We are a quiet and respectful family, though we do have our rambunctious moments.
We won't damage property, eat your food or steal your clothes. We pick up after ourselves.
I work full time and they go to primary school full time.
Can pay up to 500 weekly rent plus cover extra electricity costs. Also, chip in for wifi if needed, assist with lawn and garden maintenance and take turns cleaning the house.
