Gemma, Neo and Logan

Hey. I’m Gemma, and I’ve recently moved from Wellington, New Zealand to Australia with my partner Neo and our friend Logan. The boys are here working in scaffolding, so they’re up early during the week, and I’m currently job hunting while getting settled.

We’re a pretty laid-back and respectful household who enjoy staying active and getting out gym, walks, beach trips and just doing fun things on weekends. We’re social and love a good chat, but we also really value personal space and a calm home environment.

We’re clean and tidy in shared spaces, used to cooking and meal prepping at home, and always respectful of noise, routines, and other people’s space. We’re responsible with bills and house expectations, and while we do drink occasionally for special events, we’re not big party people at home, we prefer going out rather than bringing the party back.

The boys do vape and smoke occasionally, but we’re mindful and respectful about it. We don’t have pets, but we’re big animal lovers.

We haven’t rented on our own before, but we’re mature, house-proud, and really value a home that feels comfortable, drama-free and relaxed.

What we’re looking for:
A place with a good vibe where everyone communicates well, respects each other, and treats the house like a home. We’re happy to be friendly and social with flatmates, while also respecting independent lifestyles.
