Hey! I’m Seth, a barista by trade and a pretty easygoing person to live with. I work regular shifts, keep busy, and like coming home to a clean, chill space. I’m respectful of shared areas, good with bills, and big on open communication if anything comes up.

I live with my partner and we’re both tidy, reliable, and low-key. We don’t party hard, don’t smoke, and mostly spend our time working, going to the gym, cooking, or relaxing at home. We’re social and friendly but also totally respect personal space.
