Hi, my name is Rory.
I am a young man who has lived on the Mid North Coast for all of my life.
I am currently searching for a 1-2 bedroom residence.
My preferred location would be in Coffs Harbour/Toormina area.
I am a very clean and tidy person and consider myself to be a great Tennant.
I receive a Disability Support Pension which is fantastic for financial stability.
I also have a wonderful support network of varied providers that assist me live my best life.
Currently I am seeking to gain employment in the trades, I love working with my hands.
I am eligible for the Rentstart Bond Loan and the 2-weeks advanced rent, which will put me in a strong position from the very start of my tenancy.
I am great with my budgeting and manage well with the resources I have.
I love the outdoors and the open road! My support worker is helping me with my learner's hours and we see many weird and wonderful things on our travels.
I love going to the gym and living an active life.
