I’m looking to move in as early as possible and am seeking a calm and peaceful place to rent for around 3–6 months. I’m a quiet, respectful, and reliable tenant who values personal space, keeps shared areas clean, does not play loud music, and is mindful of noise. I usually cook my own food when I get time off and always clean the kitchen, and toilet after my own use. I don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, don’t party, have no pets, and avoid using air conditioning unnecessarily as I’m not at home most of the time due to shift work. I own a Hyundai Tucson and can manage my own transport if parking is available, and I occasionally stay with my sister in Perth on my days off.
