Hey! I’m 18 and moving to the Gold Coast to study at Griffith Uni while working at the same time. I’m a pretty social and easygoing person — I enjoy a good balance between chilling at home, staying on top of uni/work, hitting the gym, and going out with friends.
I’m clean, respectful, and reliable around the house. I can be a bit particular about keeping shared spaces tidy, but nothing over the top, and I’m always good with shared chores. I value a place that feels comfortable and positive, and I treat it like a home rather than just a room.
I’m into most sports and the gym, and I like living with people who are friendly and open to being mates rather than just co-existing. I’m looking for a long-term place with like-minded flatmates who are social, respectful, and easy to get along with.
