I'll be moving to Orange next week, and I'm on the hunt for a nice and cozy room!

Short info package about myself:
My name is Rudolf.
I’m a 30 years old bloke, from Hungary.
I’ll be moving to Orange during the second week of February because I've secured a job in one of the wineries in Orange.
I have a working holiday visa that is valid for 12 months, so I’m open to both short-term and long-term rentals.
I'm Non smoking, tidy and always the cleanest guy in the house.
In the past 2 months I've been living on the Mornington Peninsula in a shared household.

Occupation:
I have been working as a sommelier for a year now, so I'm pretty social, outgoing, extroverted and funny.
Before my career as a sommelier, I worked in Human Resources, so I'm quite good at finding the mutual voice with others.

Hobbies:
16 years of basketball and 4 years of casual gym sessions.
fishing, snorkeling.
I'm quite tall (192cm) so that could come in handy around the house
