Looking to team up with another person, couple or another singel mum and sign a 12-month lease on a nice 4 bedroom house with separate living areas and ideally separate bathrooms.

I’m a 42 yr old mum to a 9 yr old boy and we’re looking for a long-term house share.

You will need to go on the lease and be ready to apply for house with me.

We love the beach, surfing, bike riding and living a chilled lifestyle. My son is with me just over 50% of the time and goes to his dad the rest of the week. Ideally we’d like to stay around Mudjimba, Coolum, or Peregian Springs.

I’m independent, financially stable, quiet, clean, and considerate. I enjoy sharing a meal or a chat now and then but also value my own space.

Bonus: my son is desperate for a dog, so we’ll be adding a puppy soon 🐶
