I’m planning to move to Rockhampton and currently looking for a place to stay
A little about me:
I’m Korean and in my late-20s.
I have a full-time job lined up in Rockhampton.
I have around 2 years of experience living in share houses.
I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy person. I usually spend my free time in my room reading books or watching YouTube.
I enjoy cooking.
I respect other people’s privacy, space and lifestyle.
What I’m looking for:
I am looking for a single room.
A non-smoking / non-vaping / no drugs house (I don’t do any of these, and I’d prefer no smoking or vaping inside the house at least)
Not a party house – daytime is fine, but I’d like a quiet place at night
Pets are welcome (I have no allergies)
As I’m female, I would prefer at least one other female housemate
I cook often, so it would be great if I could use kitchen utensils and cookware
Available for inspection and move-in: From next week.
