I am a female in my mid-20s from Korea.
I am working full-time.
Before coming to Australia, I did a working holiday in New Zealand, so I’m very used to living in share houses. (I moved 4 times there and always had a good relationship with my housemates and landlords.)
I’m a quiet and respectful person. I usually spend my free time in my room reading books or watching YouTube.
I enjoy cooking.
I always keep my room clean and tidy and clean regularly.
I respect other people’s space and lifestyle.
What I’m looking for:
Maximum $230 per week including bills
Private room (very important for me as I like to rest in my own space)
Sharing bathroom is totally fine
Non-smoking / non-vaping / no drugs house (I don’t do any of these, and I’d prefer no smoking or vaping inside the house at least)
Not a party house – daytime is fine, but I’d like a quiet place at night
Pets are welcome (I have no allergies)
As I’m female, I would prefer at least one other female housemate
Short minimum stay or short notice period preferred (as I’m on a working holiday visa and my plans may change)
I cook often, so it would be great if I could use kitchen utensils and cookware
