I grew up on the coast and am hoping to move back! I am looking for a granny flat, unit, studio, cottage, or even a small house.

I would consider share accommodation if it has own bathroom and basic kitchenette (don't need oven or stove, just need to be able to use a microwave)

I am a quiet, considerate female,non-smoker, no kids or pets, full-time employed, with a long flawless rental history and written reference.
