I'm Feifan Chen, an ECU student who values a clean, peaceful home. I’m an early bird with a pretty regular schedule—early to bed, early to rise—so I’ll never be the one keeping you up all night.

When it comes to living together, I’m super tidy. I cook regularly and always clean up the kitchen right after I’m done. I also keep common areas free of clutter and smells, so our home will always feel fresh and welcoming.

At home, I like to keep things quiet, spending my downtime working out, listening to music, or just relaxing. That said, I’m totally up for hanging out or playing games with roommates occasionally, as long as we’re all on the same page about respecting each other’s space and schedules.

For me, the most important things in a rental are a fair price and a friendly, low-drama vibe where we can all feel comfortable.
