Hello! I am a 37 year old professional engineer who works full time in the city at Adelaide Uni. I am looking for a house share/granny flat to move into in around one months time. I am quite open on location, as long as the city is accessible 🤗

Would be looking for a quiet peaceful home with some lovely people. Ideally I would like a decent sized room with an ensuite or private bathroom, and ideally furnished.

Abit about me! I love a chat, but also love my own space. I enjoy the sun, the beach, the gym and a good book. I spend a lot of time reading in my armchair 🤣 Looking for a 3 month lease with the option to extend, I always find it’s good to go short term at first in case the fit isn’t quite right. However I have had many a housemate and never had any issues, always staying longer than 3 months. Happy to answer any further questions you might have!
