My name is Fred, I am 19 years old and a full-time student at La Trobe University, commencing my Bachelor of Dentistry (Honours) at the Bendigo campus. I am seeking accommodation for at least six months, with the intention of staying longer if suitable, as my degree is long-term and based locally.

I am financially supported through a combination of Centrelink, scholarships, and family support, which allows me to reliably meet rental obligations. I have previous rental experience overseas (Thailand) and maintained the property well, with no issues regarding rent or conduct.

I am quiet, clean, routine-oriented, and studious. My lifestyle is very focused on university, gym training, and maintaining a consistent daily schedule. I do not drink, smoke, or party, and I keep shared spaces tidy and respectful. My sleep routine is generally early and regular.

Ideally I am seeking male-only / mostly male accommodation for personal and lifestyle compatibility reasons, as I value a calm, low-disruption living environment. I do not plan to host visitors and spend most of my time studying, training, or attending university and church commitments.

I would be a low-maintenance, reliable tenant and would take care of the property respectfully. Thank you for considering my application.
