Jessica and Jack

We are a couple from Scotland, newly relocated to the Sunshine Coast, seeking a rental to establish our home in Australia. We have known each other since the age of 11 and have been a couple for more than 7 years.

Jess (27) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anatomy and has over five years’ experience in immunological and bio-analytical science and management, along with four years’ experience in aged care and disability support. Jack (28) is a qualified swim coach and light vehicle mechanic with six years’ industry experience. Jess has a job as a disability support worker across the Sunshine Coast, and Jack is about to start work at the end of February as a full time mechanic in Noosa.

We are seeking an entire house or apartment to ourselves.

We lead a quiet, active, and respectful lifestyle. Our days are generally early starts with work, exercise, or outdoor activities, followed by relaxed evenings at home reading or watching television. Our interests include walking, water sports, and animals. Jess enjoys crafting in her spare time, and Jack plays darts weekly at Nambour Showgrounds. Both of us like to wakeboard too and regularly go to Bli Bli wake park and therefore have a routine in place in the Sunshine Coast.

We are looking for a minimum of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, allowing occasional short visits from our parents travelling from Scotland.

We have excellent rental and character references from previous property owners in both Scotland and Dubai. Since arriving in Australia in December 2025, we have been staying in Airbnbs and completing house and pet sits. We are happy to provide reviews and references from all hosts. Many have requested us again, which we believe reflects our reliability, cleanliness, and respect for homes.
