Jack and Calem

Sup.

My roommate (Calem) and I (Jack) are looking to move into a larger place from an apartment and are primarily looking around the Northern Rivers/South Gold Coast area.

We've lived together for many years and get along very well. We're both very quiet, clean and friendly people; ages 28 and 30 respectively. Big video gamers and musicians, not big drinkers or partiers and are looking for people with similar vibes to us preferably between the ages of 22-40.

Calem works big weeks and is out of the house most of the week, I work & study from home but keep to myself.

We will be looking for one, maybe two people to move in with in a fresh leased home and can both pay up to $400 per week each. Neither of us have any children, Calem has a small grey Tabby named Hugo (the boss man), a very quiet and chill cat.

We will be looking at and attending inspections for properties in the area between now (10th of February) and the end of June when our lease at our current property has finished.

We both have 10+ years of positive rental experience and are very easygoing people.
