I'm a clean tenant. I have no pets but they don't worry me. I'm pretty flexible and I like to keep to myself. I enjoy watching movies and camping/4wd.
I'm a 4th year Electrical apprentice (I'll be finished in a month or two) so I'll always be on time with rent.
