Hello all,
I’ve unfortunately found myself in a position where I’m in desperate need of a rental!
I can afford up to $250wk.

Ideally, I’d be looking at 1 room, that's a granny flat, or unit, or share house single bedroom, i love my own space but also fine with sharing common areas also. Anything really!

I'm Very respectful easy going bloke. Great sense of humour. Love making friends but love my personal space also.
Non smoker. Do have the odd drink but not a big drinker because of work.

I’m 49 years young and I’m now found myself being a single father of 5.

Kids are all adults so no sleeping over i go to them for visits

I’m a interstate driver so realistically I'd only be home for 1-2 days a week as I'm always on the road. So works well for privacy and having your own space. And me being underfoot constantly.
