Hi, I’m Gary “Albie” (Alipate) Fraser, a retired New Zealand pensioner returning to Australia to be closer to my children, grandchildren, and great‑grandchildren. I’ve lived and worked in Australia for many years, and I’m now settling in Cairns long‑term.

I’m quiet, positive and happy, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy a peaceful home, keep to myself, and get along well with people of all ages. I don’t smoke, drink occasionally, and I’m reliable with payments.

What I’m Looking For
A clean, affordable long‑term room in a friendly, stable household. I’m flexible with location and happy to fit into the home’s routine.
