Hi there! My brother and I are looking for a new place to call home. We’re both very tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and firm believers in 'cleaning as you go'—especially in the kitchen!
We’re currently focusing on getting our local certifications sorted to start working full-time very soon. In the meantime, we are financially stable and very responsible with rent and bills, so you’ll never have to worry about that.
We’re social and always up for a friendly chat or a beer, but we also value privacy and a quiet environment after a long day. A big plus: we’re easy-going and love keeping a positive vibe at home.
Just as a heads-up, my girlfriend is planning to join us starting in April. We’re looking for a household that is open to this and, of course, we’re happy to discuss any adjustments in rent or house rules when the time comes.
