Josh and Aaron

I have run a cleaning company for 10 years and recently broke up with my fiancé so looking to expand into Geelong with current flatmate (AARON) whilst still maintaining a 3-person lease arrangement. I am also a concert pianist and musician, so you will hear live instruments being played each day (usually for an hour or so) and although I have a bubbly & friendly attitude, I am always respectfull of flatmates privacy and independence. My other interests include electronics, RC, engineering and tennis. Aaron who drives trucks for a living, is very private and keeps to himself, and although he is approachable and friendly he essentially is an invisible flatmate. So we are looking at 3+ bedroom + 3 bathroom houses so everyone has their own space. A garage or tool shed is also required for storage of our tools/garden equipment. Our budget for the property is $750/week to be shared equally. (Max $250/week each).
