Gday! I'm commencing my second year at Deakin on the Waurn Ponds campus on the 3rd of March. I've been back home in Cobram working for the past year for savings so that I can put full attention to my studies over 2026-27.

Regarding myself, I enjoy playing music with the drums, guitar and DJ Deck, playing video games aswell as doing boxing/lifting at the gym in my freetime. I don't like going out too much but I like going out to a bar every now and again and seeing old faces.

I'm studying a Bachelor of Forensic Science and I've got 2 years of study remaining, I loved my first year and once I've returned I plan on putting as much time as possible towards my studies apart from casual work. Due to me being 4 hours away from Geelong I'm unable to make an inspection on the property myself I'm afraid.

Regarding prior renting experience I've only ever had one formal bond with Deakin during my first year in which I was a cordial tenant. I've also paid board to my parents since 18.

On holidays I'm likely to return home for the period due to my girlfriend, and work being here. I plan on working casually in Geelong also but I just get good hours and oppurtunity back in Barooga on holidays.

As far as the enviroment goes, I have no specific needs or wants, as long as I have a room for my bed and studies! I'm excited to meet new people from all over.
