Hi there!
I’m looking for a room around Rosewood and towards Ipswich.
No kids, no drugs, but I have two dogs (two desexed females, one elderly bull arab outdoor dog the other a chihuahua cross trained indoor dog).
I need to be aboveboard with rent as I’m legally disabled and would need to inform Centrelink.

I’m completely independent, and a student and I also work part time.
Bills included, preferred. I don’t intend to be home all the time and just want a clean, sober environment.
I can provide police check and references.
