Chu and Rick

Hi, my name is Chu Chu. My partner and I are currently looking to stay short-term (1–3 months) due to work commitments. We’re looking for a room within 10–15 minutes’ drive from Power Park Cafe (Dandenong South), including areas.

We both work full-time (Monday to Saturday), are clean, responsible, and respectful. We are non-smokers and have no pets.

We speak English, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese. We always keep shared areas tidy, respect others’ privacy, and pay rent on time. Our budget is $700–$1,500 per month. If the place is suitable and comfortable, we’re open to staying long-term.
