Marike

Hi! I’m Marike, 31, from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I’m a PE teacher, sporty and active, and I love being outdoors. I’ve spent the last few years travelling around Southeast Asia and am currently finishing my second ski season in Japan. My Australian work visa has just been approved, and I’ll be flying to Brisbane at the end of March — I’m really excited to start this new adventure and swap snow for some waves! 🏄‍♀️

I’ve lived in many shared houses, so I’m used to sharing spaces. I’m clean, tidy, and responsible, and I really respect other people’s space and routines. I’m easygoing and calm, and I enjoy creating a friendly and relaxed home environment. I like a social and positive atmosphere, but I also value quiet time when needed. Being sporty and active, I love spending time outdoors and bringing positive energy to the household.
