Hailey and Leighton

We are a friendly, easygoing couple who have spent the past few years working seasonal roles in Canada across hospitality and tourism. Those experiences have made us adaptable, hardworking, and very comfortable living and working in shared environments. We understand the importance of being respectful housemates, especially in busy seasonal towns.

Leighton is Australian and I’m Canadian, and we’re both used to long work hours and team-based environments. We’re tidy, organised, and take pride in looking after our space. We’re not big party people, we value a calm and clean home, and we’re very considerate of others’ routines and privacy.

We’re relocating to Cairns so that I can complete my 88 days of regional work, and we’re hoping to find accommodation where we can settle in comfortably while working consistently. We’re reliable with rent, easy to communicate with, and genuinely just looking for a positive, respectful living environment.
