I work full-time as a Analyst. I enjoy eating out, visiting parks, and exploring events in the CBD or rural areas. I maintain a clean, hygienic environment because I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids.

However, I'm a laid-back guy tolerant of people who may smoke or have pets.

I prefer to find a place near Cannon Hill.

I am flexible on parking, but I prefer off-street parking and am willing to include a minimum stay of up to 12 months, depending on whether "secure car parking" is available.
